90s Vintage floral Tightrope Grunge skirt

90s grunge skirt. Super cute floral number with frills and black lining. True 90s skirt. Looks great with doc martens, a tshirt or a cardigan

Condition: Excellent condition except for a frayed edge on the inside stitching. Barely noticeable. On the inside of the garment, doesn’t effect the look of the skirt on the outside at all.

Measurements:
Waist 32”
Length 18”

For reference, my measurements are:

Bust: 36.5” / 90cm, Waist: 31” / 70cm, Hips: 36” / 91.5cm, Height 64” / 163cm or 5”4. I usually fit a size small or modern day size 10.
