How long does it take to receive an item after payment?

Your item/s will be read to ship in 1-3 business days. 
Please note that itcould take up to 3 weeks to arrive if you live outside of Australia. Tracking is included in postage cost.

What payment method can I use?

We use paypal.me at Still Pretty Vintage, which requires a Paypal account, however we're more than happy to send a paypal invoice over to you if you don't have a paypal account (this can be paid via credit card securely through paypal without having to sign up).

​What is your returns and cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of vintage and preloved garments, I do not accept returns or exchanges, so please carefully read item descriptions and double

check all measurements. 

Each of my items are vintage or preloved and therefore will have, in most cases, signs of wear. I do triple check each item and list any flaw, regardless of how small it may be. Each item is fully wearable and intact and any flaw, in most cases is difficult to spot.
I have the highest of standards and only strive to sell quality vintage items.

​Will you reserve an item?

Reserves/holds are available for 24 hours. If you need more than 24 hours please contact me. I will work with you if you really love the item!
