80s Vintage Colourful Dress / or jacket

 

80s at its best, this button down features shoulder pads and can be worn open as a short sleeve jacket, or a button down dress. It looks super cute with a belt too.

For reference, my measurements are:Bust: 36.5” / 90cm, Waist: 31” 70cm, Hips: 36”/ 91.5cm, Height 64” 163cm or 5”4 I usually fit a size Small or modern say size 10.
