60s / 70s Blue Top with lace collar (fake pearls and fake diamonds attached) 

Super cute blue vintage sheer top with a button keyhole back fastening. The collar totally makes this piece, such beautiful detailing with fake pearl and diamonds attached to the lace (please refer to images)
